Well maintained hotel with funny staff and satisfying breakfast. Ideal location, near university of vermont.
-
We really enjoyed it, its location and views. It's our place to stay when in Burlington!
-
We greatly enjoyed to find out that the hotel provided a parking. Great location, lovely base for a weekend.

AC never got cold enough. Staff was SO unprofessional...even rude. Not just one, several people at front desk on different occasions. Waited on hold 5-10 minutes every time we called front desk and our requests were not granted (simple things--like an add'l pillow, another towel, etc) until we had to call back 3 times to keep reminding them. When I checked in, the "trainee" was incredibly rude to me. It didn't even phase him how poorly he was treating me. Didn't even wish us a nice stay...just looked past me after he handed me the room key & asked the guy behind me if he could help him. I didn't even get to ask any questions! The Front desk staff is just TERRIBLY managed!!! We were hot in our stuffy little room all night as the AC never got below about 70 degrees, even if you turned it way, way down. With other, cheaper hotels giving their guests free coffee in the morning, even breakfast, offering a receptive, trained and friendly staff, speaks volumes with the ab since of these things in what is supposed to be a "nicer" hotel. I expected much more of Hilton. We won't be staying here again.

Proximity to the lake
If we knew how small the rooms were we would have asked how Much for an upgrade. Very very small but nice view from room. :) Maybe a few carpet upgrades in Libby etc would help.
-
Great location, view of the lake, very nice room and facilities.
Nothing.
-
great location, staff was very friendly, good room serve
there was some drilling and repairs just down the hallway in the morning and that was certainly not pleasant, other than that we had a really nice stay at Hilton
-
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, very clean all around
The beds were too soft, I prefer more firm platform style beds
-
The room had an Awesome view
Small detail there was no toilet paper in the room had to call the housekeeping little embarrassing

Loved the lake view. Spectacular! Traveled with an elderly parent so the entrance to Macy's made it easier to access Church Street from the mall rather than the up hill side walk. Loved the shuttle access. Was able to afford price mid week not weekend.
Stayed 2 nights. Garbage was not taken. coffee pot still dirty. room of 2 only had 1 regular coffee for room coffee pot. no microwave which seems standard in most hotels. Parking garage was a little confusing with the 3 entrances but I thing it was due to construction and improvements being done. Parent of a Burlington College student not able to afford on a weekend price.

The sight from our room was beautiful; viewing the Champlain lake and the mountains. The location is outstanding; a 5 minute walk to downtown Burlington where there are many delicious local restaurants.
Having to pay $15 for parking per day. Some days, the parking lot would be free to public but we got charged for that day of parking anyway.

Great location, very clean, quiet and helpful pleasant staff.
Expensive

The location of this hotel is fabulous!
During the Vermont City Marathon its terrible to not have the elevators working. Waited too long for each trip up and down, paying full price for a hotel with 1 working elevator is ridiculous. Room had 1 roll of toilet paper. City view is a joke.. we looked out at the top of the parking garage. Very very disappointed with this hotel.

Had a Lake view room & the view was indeed wonderful. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful.
Would have liked a selection of black teas in the room as not everyone drinks coffee!

Comfy bed, nice pool, nice location
parking garage felt very dangerous while construction occurring, restaurant for breakfast was very lacking
